Too Many Credible Voices to Discredit Them All

The following information is excerpted from the website
"Want to Know . Info" (web address listed below). It is only one of
many statements from extremely credible people, some of whom served under the current Bush Administration, his father, and Ronald Reagan. I urge you to find out more at the web site.

Paul Craig Roberts, PhD – Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury under Ronald Reagan. "Father of Reaganomics." Former Associate Editor of the Wall Street Journal. Currently Chairman of the Institute for Political Economy and Research Fellow at the Independent Institute.
Essay: "We know that it is strictly impossible for any building, much less steel columned buildings, to 'pancake' at free fall speed. Therefore, it is a non-controversial fact that the official explanation of the collapse of the WTC buildings is false." http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article14566.htm
Essay: "There are not many editors eager for writers to explore the glaring defects of the 9/11 Commission Report. One would think that if the report could stand analysis, there would not be a taboo against calling attention to the inadequacy of its explanations." http://www.counterpunch.org/roberts02062006.html

Margo,

Michael Waters, from dance world. Greetings from picturesque South Park!

I'm more accustomed to trying to persuade folks to our position than I am communicating with people like you who appear generally to see things as I do.

One could wax extensive on any particular theme, from the Iraq invasion, to the easily rigged voting machines, to the anti-progressive tax cuts for billionaires, to the privatization of The Commons, to media consolidation, to fundamentalist apocalyptic religion in the oval office and in the Islamic schools, to the end-justifies-the-means and Machiavelian tactics of the Right, etc., etc.. The list is almost endless.

What strikes me the most, and what is most galling, is what I consider to be Two Black Holes in American life. They are the silence regarding the stolen elections, and the silence regarding the patent emptiness of the Official Story of 911. It is from these two profound crimes that all the others have emanated.

I have been writing and I continue to write, doing my best to voice clearly these issues which affect us all, even as most people are still asleep.

Kudos to you for this blog. It's good to find another voice in the wilderness. There is still hope, but a justified cynicism is drowning millions. Half the time I feel hopeless. And yet, if all gave up, that would make it that much easier for Bush and his relentless team of Big Money/Oil/Weaponry to accomplish their goals, which I imagine they convince themselves to be for the greater good.

What to do? What to do?

Have you ever considered the idea of linking certain future dances with the profound issues of our day? Could A People's Dance for American Democracy ever be effective at getting the message out? Would it wreck the joy of dancing? Would it turn people away, instead of draw them in?

There are Peace Concerts, why not Peace Dances?

Just wondering. I haven't examined the issue in depth yet.

It could be a way of not only enlarging the circle of aware people, AND it also could also enlarge the dancing community, which can always benefit from new and fresh dancers.

Just wondering.

In any case, keep on keeping on. Keep dancing your vital dance, keep smiling that great smile, and, as usual, save a couple for me!

Say "hi" to hubby for me.

Peace,

Michael
